Commercial Loss- Hotel

A local hotel called SERVPRO of Oldham/Shelby to mitigate a sprinkler line leak. The damage started in the supply room and extended into the hallway and several rooms. The water was around 2 inches deep on the carpets and floor of the supply room. Portions of the drop tile ceiling caved causing debris to fall onto the carpet and into rooms. 

We brought in the required amount of extraction equipment and industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to clean up the water and dry the facility. The extraction was completed the same day and the debris cleaned up shortly after. The area was dry within 3 day.  The time saved by calling in SERVPRO of Oldham/Shelby and their resources more than paid for the cost of the job.
