Pipe Burst In Prospect, Ky.

SERVPRO of Oldham/Shelby County was contacted by this particular home owner with a pipe that had burst. The temperatures were well below freezing the previous day and rose causing the pipe to thaw in certain spots and burst. Pictured is a spare room in the upstairs of the home. As you can see the carpet in the entire space is wet. Upon arrival our crews removed the carpet and began extracting the remaining portion of water. Once the water was extracted our techs set a fan and dehumidifier to dry the space. After only a 3 day process the home was completely dry. The customer was overly satisfied with a job well done by our team.
